1. General Provisions

  Thank you for using topup-balance.com and the services we offer. The services are provided by Siamocean OÜ, Register code: 14774840, registered at the following address: Vesivärava tn 50-201, 10126 Tallinn, Estonia. 

  Topup-balance.com service deals with the sale of electronic goods, prepaid balance of mobile operators throughout the world, gift certificates of retail stores and activation codes for games.

2. Registration on the website

  Enter your e-mail address and agree to our terms of use and privacy policy in order to register on topup-balance.com.

  If you want to change the login details, you can always do it in the My Account section of your personal account.

3. Personal Account

  Your account in topup-balance.com is owned by you personally, and in accordance with the Terms of use no rights to our service may be transferred to any third party.

4. Payment of the service fee on the website

  The user may order and pay for the services carried out by the user on a round-the-clock basis.

  Most products and services are delivered automatically within 20 minutes. However, there is a range of goods that may be processed for up to 12 hours on business days.

  Topup-balance.com guarantees that the prepaid codes provided are not used at the time of their delivery to consumers. Upon delivery, consumers are responsible for the provided prepaid top up codes.

  The purchase of each product and service is subject to certain conditions set by the issuing supplier. Please, read all the terms and conditions of the issuing supplier whose goods you purchase with the use of our service. We are not responsible for the goods provided by the issuing supplier. In the event security measures are not observed, we reserve the right not to sell particular products to you.

  All purchases are final and non-refundable regardless of who makes the purchase and irrespective of the fact whether you knew of such purchase and whether it was made with your consent.

  The payment fee may be changed at any time without prior notice and depends on the development of commercial terms and conditions. However, it cannot be changed at the time of making a payment by you.

5. Liability

  You are solely responsible for any errors or damages caused to you and us. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient data, including, the recipient’s account name, mobile phone number, and you shall bear all costs arising as a result of the purchase of this product.

  Should you violate any of your obligations, your account will be terminated, and you will forfeit all your rights and the balance. Nevertheless, you will still be liable for any violations. You are not entitled to assign the rights and obligations arising out of this contract to any third party without our prior written consent. 

Any products on our service are not intended for further resale.

6. Wrongful Acts

  The use of the topup-balance.com services for any illegal purposes, including for fraudulent acts and money laundering, is strictly prohibited. We will report any suspicious activity to the appropriate law-enforcement authority. 

  Please be aware that according to the privacy policy and terms of use, we can block you due to obscene language.

7. Force Majeure

  The parties shall not be liable for any delays in the performance or non-performance of the obligations, any costs, including damages, as well as expenses related to third-party complaints that may arise as a result of occurrence of force majeure circumstances. The party affected by any force majeure circumstances shall notify the other party within 10 days upon the occurrence of such force majeure circumstances. 

  We are not held liable to you if the events, circumstances or actions beyond our reasonable control result in any delay, interruption or failure to provide our services to you.
