An annual letter from the founder of TopUp-Balance
Hello everyone, Mikalai is here.
Last year, I started a tradition of gratitude to all our clients and people who take part in the development of our service.
I address each of you with deep gratitude and sincere respect. Year after year we improve our startup, and your contribution to this process is invaluable. Together we create something unique and valuable.
Over the current year, we have been testing the new needs of our users and studying how the market for digital goods is changing.
What have we implemented in 2023?
- May 2023 - having studied the needs of our users, we localized our service into new languages, added Spanish and Russian. We will add French and Indonesian in early 2024.
- August 2023 - we previously took part in the development of a service for selling eSIM for travel, eSimWay, with which we entered into a partnership this year. Now in our service you can not only top up your phone or buy a gift card, but also purchase a virtual SIM card eSIM. This technology will be especially useful for digital nomads who often change countries and who need the Internet from the first minutes of being in a new country. We will continue to look for the best rates to offer to our users.
- October 2023 - Throughout 2023, we were in negotiations to add new products from Southeast Asia. New brands for these countries are now available in our service.
The coming year 2024 brings new challenges and opportunities, and I am confident that with your participation we can achieve even greater success.
